This ministry is provided to all Christians regardless of denomination. While this is a ministry of a church in the Anglican denomination, the Christian healing ministry itself is focused only on the healing mission of Jesus Christ our Lord among us. There is no teaching or preaching that comes from a particular theological perspective. All Christians should be comfortable receiving this ministry, and experience proves that God wants to heal His children and does so here for those who come with open hearts.
Christian healing is Holy Spirit empowered prayer to carry out the mission of the Church to declare the Kingdom of God present with us and to heal the sick and oppressed. It is the application of spiritual medicine to physical, spiritual, and emotional problems. Christian healing partners with, and is sometimes a replacement for, traditional medical and psychotherapy approaches. God chooses to heal in multiple ways and has given people wisdom to advance in medical practices. Regardless, the ministry of Jesus Christ shows us that God does not like sickness and would choose wellness, wholeness, and life for us.
What Is Christian Healing?
The vision for this ministry is that it be an outpost of God's Kingdom on earth where people of any Christian denomination, or anyone seeking God, can come and experience refreshment, love, peace, and healing of body, mind, and spirit.
The mission of this ministry is to reach out to the weak, the suffering, the lost, the bound up, the stuck, and the tired children of God and offer Kindgom restoration through personal prayer, spiritual direction, pastoral counseling, and quiet contemplation.
The core value of this ministry is to, in all its internal and external activities, and in the lives of its staff and volunteers, glorify Jesus Christ and his Kingdom by serving the community with excellence, integrity, love, and humility while exercising stewardship of all resources.
